龍鳳堂餅舖為蘆洲地區知名傳統餅舖。創辦人李壽夫先生，至淡水三協成拜師學藝，1957年返回蘆洲創辦龍鳳堂餅舖。
龍鳳堂餅舖產品多元，被譽為「漢餅專家」。生產訂婚喜餅、喜慶糕點、廟慶供品、年節伴手禮等各式產品，以大餅、蛋黃酥、鳳梨酥聞名。
龍鳳堂餅舖，以「誠懇、信任」的手工製餅精神，致力於糕點製作的傳統傳承與創新。以蘆洲出身的歌姬鄧麗君為靈感，開發小鄧餅；南瓜馬車蛋黃酥為110年新北十大伴手禮。為提升產品競爭力，積極參與各項烘焙競賽，屢獲佳績，如蟬聯九次新北市蛋黃酥冠軍、國產紅豆烘焙創意競賽伴手禮冠軍。餅舖更走出店外，參與各項文創推廣活動，例如蘆洲廟口夜市形象商圈、台灣設計展等。
龍鳳堂是蘆洲蓋出名的餅店，老頭家李壽夫先生到淡水拜師學藝，民國46年轉來蘆洲開店，共店名號做「龍鳳堂」。龍鳳堂的糕餅貨色真飽，有「漢餅專家」的好名聲，製造喜餅、廟慶糕餅、伴手各種產品，用「誠懇、信任」的做餅精神傳承文化，閣不斷創新，親像用蘆洲歌后鄧麗君做靈感，研發「小鄧餅（華語）」；閣有民國110年新北十大伴手―金瓜馬車卵仁酥，佇𪜶的糕餅會使看競爭力（kīng-tsing-li̍k），嘛有對在地的人文關懷，所以受著各界的肯定，著獎無數。
Long Feng Tang Pastry Shop is a well-known traditional pastry shop in the Lujhou area. Founded by Mr. Li Shou-fu, who apprenticed in Tamsui to learn the art, he returned to Lujhou and established Long Feng Tang Pastry Shop in 1957.
Long Feng Tang Pastry Shop offers a diverse range of products and is acclaimed as a “traditional pastry expert.” They produce various items such as engagement pastries, festive pastries, temple celebration offerings, and seasonal gifts. They are particularly renowned for their mooncakes, egg yolk pastries, and pineapple cakes.
Long Feng Tang Pastry Shop, guided by the spirit of “genuineness and reliability,” is committed to the traditional heritage and innovation of pastry making. Drawing inspiration from the renowned singer Teresa Teng, who was born in Lujhou, the owner developed the “Little Teng Pastry,” and the Pumpkin Carriage Egg Yolk Pastry was recognized as one of the top ten New Taipei City souvenirs in 2021. To enhance their product competitiveness, they actively participate in various baking competitions, achieving notable success, including winning the championship in the New Taipei City Egg Yolk Pastry category nine times and the championship in the Domestic Red Bean Baking Creative Gift category in a national competition. The pastry shop also extends its presence beyond its storefront, participating in various cultural and creative promotion events, such as the Lujhou Temple Night Market District and Taiwan Design Exposition.
