在成大校園內現存的原臺南高等工業學校官舍建築中，僅剩鋼筋混凝土結構的校長官舍，至今仍作為成大校長宿舍使用。另有兩棟推測與其原貌近似的官舍，在拆除前曾經改作成大附設員工子女幼稚園使用。現今校長官舍的外觀經灰漿修繕，屋頂鋪設水泥瓦，室內空間配置仍可見一股質樸而溫暖的日本居家氣氛，後庭園亦仍有日式水池、石燈籠等舊式設備的留存。

Among the existing official residence buildings of the former Tainan Higher Industrial School on the NCKU campus, only the reinforced concrete structure of the President's Residence remains, and it is still used as the NCKU President's residence today. Two other homes, presumed to be similar in appearance to the original, were repurposed as the kindergarten for NCKU employees' children before being demolished. The current exterior of the President's Residence has been repaired with plaster, and the roof is covered with cement tiles. The interior space still exudes a simple and warm Japanese home atmosphere. The backyard retains old-style features such as a Japanese pond and stone lanterns.
