坐落於三民高中後方的福安宮，廟宇雖小，然信眾廣布，香火鼎盛，每年農曆初二、十六，更有大量信眾前來祭拜。
福安宮建於清代道光25年，主神為福德正神，是和尚洲樓仔厝地區的土地公信仰中心，廟火鼎盛。
蘆洲地區流行神將文化，福安宮並雖沒有建置陣頭、軒社，但作為樓仔厝地區重要土地公信仰中心，仍積極參與蘆洲各項重要祭典。例如：蘆洲每年大繞境中，福安宮隸屬於媽祖角，出人手協助。又如：每三年一次於廟前豎立燈篙，響應蘆洲的國姓醮儀式。
福安宮在清朝道光25年創立，佇三民高中的後壁面，主神是福德正神，是和尚洲（這馬的蘆洲區）樓仔厝庄的土地公，舊曆初二、十六前來參香的人攏洘洘洘，香火誠興。
蘆洲是神將窟（大神尪數量濟、誠出名），福安宮本身無組織陣頭、軒社，毋過有熱心投入地方祭典，親像九月十八蘆洲大拜拜，在本地方屬媽祖角的樓仔厝土地公，會同齊佮南海佛祖出巡；三年一科的國姓醮，嘛會徛燈篙來答謝延平郡王。
Fuan Temple, built in the 25th year of the Qing Dynasty’s Daoguang era, is dedicated to the main deity Fude Zhengshen. It serves as the focal point for the local earth god worship in the area, and the temple boasts a thriving pilgrimage.
In the Lujhou area, there is a prevalent culture of worshiping deities, but Fuan Temple hadn’t built processional floats or temporary shrines. However, as a significant center for the local earth god worship in the area, it actively participates in various important festivals in Lujhou. For instance, during Lujhou’s annual grand procession, Fuan Temple is subordinate to the Mazu section, providing assistance as needed. Additionally, once every three years, the temple erects ceremonial lanterns in front of it, showing support for Lujhou’s Guanxing Jiao ritual.
Situated behind Sanmin High School, Fuan Temple attracts a large number of worshippers on the second and sixteenth days of every month in the lunar calendar for religious ceremonies.
