李氏家族為蘆洲地區著名的家族。李氏古宅全名:蘆洲李宅古蹟暨李友邦將軍紀念館，由李友邦夫人嚴秀峰女士，結合李氏七大房，以「歷史保存與家道承傳」，1983年申列為國家文化資產，1985年為國家三級古蹟，2018年為國定古蹟，為台灣第一座民宅古蹟。
古宅建於清光緒21年(1895年)，為正身三進帶內、外護龍，全宅為矩形，共七廳五十六房。未用木柱，為磚造石構，少華飾，疊層之馬背脊屋頂。矗立於「七星下地-浮水蓮花」的風水寶地，厝前蓮花池，逢天氣晴朗，映現觀音山頂倒影，為蘆洲名景。

李祖厝在清朝光緒（kong-sū）21年（西元1895年）建立，是正身三進，帶內、外護龍，是正範的古早厝，攏總有七廳五十六房，建築本身無用柴柱，是用磚仔角、石頭建造，建築物本身無傷濟的美麗的穿插，誠樸實。風水方面，李祖厝佇「七星落地―浮水蓮花」的好地理徛起，厝前蓮花池，若天氣晴和，觀音山在水面倒影，乃是蘆洲名景。
The Lee’s family is a prominent clan in the Lujhou area. The full name of the Lee’s ancestral residence is the “Lujhou Lee Residence Historic Site and General Lee You-bang Memorial Hall.” Initiated by Mrs. Yan Hsiu-feng, the wife of General Lee You-bang, and in collaboration with the seven major branches of the Lee family, it was designated as a national cultural asset in 1983, a national third-grade historic site in 1985, and a nationally designated historic site in 2018. It holds the distinction of being Taiwan's first officially recognized historic residence.
The ancient residence was constructed in the 21st year of the Qing Dynasty’s Guangxu era (1895). It features a three-section layout with internal and external protective dragon walls, forming a rectangular structure with seven main halls and a total of fifty-six rooms. Built without the use of wooden pillars, the structure relies on brick and stone construction, adorned with minimal decorative elements, and crowned by a multi-layered horseback-ridge roof. Positioned in the auspicious feng shui location known as “Seven Stars Beneath the Ground - Floating Water Lily,” the residence overlooks a lotus pond in the front. On clear days, the reflection of Guanyin Mountain appears in the pond, creating a renowned scenic spot in Lujhou.
