「粧佛」指製作及粧點神佛的綜合工藝，於1923年創立，至今已傳承五代的西佛國保留著泉州派粧佛工序，兼善木雕、泥塑以及神像修復，作品數量眾多，分布於全臺各大廟宇。第四代傳人蔡天民於2012年獲臺南市政府登錄為傳統藝術粧佛工藝技藝保存者。隨著時間推移，代代堅守著傳統技法(褙雞毛紙再上黃土底，使用礦物質顏料上漆)，並融入在地性與個人美學，形成各自獨特的風格。

Founded in 1923, Si-Fo-Guo, a store which has been passed down for five generations, retains the Chuanzhou school of Buddha making, and is good at wood carving, clay sculpture and statue restoration, with a large number of works distributed in major temples in Taiwan. In 2012, the fourth-generation owner Mr. Tsai, Tian-min was registered by Tainan City Government as the preserver of the traditional art of Buddha craftsmanship. Over time, generations of craftsmen have adhered to traditional techniques (parching paper with the loess and painted with mineral pigments) to form their own unique styles.
